J'ai aujourd'hui fait ma premiere journee de boulot en Australie.
En effet, il y a deux semaines, j'ai rencontre le patron d'un restau francais par l'intermediaire d'un copain australien, Coury.
C'est donc Andre, chef francais ayant appris avec Bocus, qui m'a contacte pour faire un extra aujourd'hui pour un mariage.
J'ai fait ma premiere journee de boulot e mon premier service. Tout c'est super bien passe (je m'occuppais des boissons), aucune catastrophe, que des compliments, j'suis fiere de moi...vous pouvez l'etre aussi... bon d'accord c'est pas sorcier, mais je vous rappelle que c'etait en anglais, et que les deux seuls a parler francais ( Andre, le chef et Christian , sont second) etaient loin loin au fin fond de leur cuisine.
Le Feast (restaurant francais sur Avoca Beach, Gosford, Central Coast) a de nombreux mariages de prevus jusqu'en Avril, je devrai donc y passer un peu de temps.
Voila pour la petite histoire.
Il est maintenant 19h, je suis affamee, alors petit steack au BBQ et mais grille.

Today I had my first working day in Australia.
Actually, two weeks ago, I met the boss of a french restaurant thanks of an Australian friend, Coury.
Therefore Andre, french Chef having learned with Paul Bocus, contacted to do an extra today for a wedding.
So, I did my first working day and my first service in the same time.
All gone well (I myself looked after the drinks), no catastrophe, lots of compliments, I'm pretty proud of me...you can also be...
OK I agree, this is not that much difficult, but I remind you that it was in English, and that the two people able to speak french (Andre, the boss and Christian, his assistant) were far far in their kitchen.
The Feast (french restaurant on Avoca Beach, Gosford, Central Coast) has reservations for heaps of weddings 'till April, so I'm gonna work there a few times. That's all for the small story. It is 7pm, I am starving, then small steack to the BBQ and grilled corn.
