G'day mates,
today it's christmas day.
It's cold, so cold here.
Hopefully I live in Nice so it's supposed to be not too bad, but after one year on the sun , it was a choc when i first arrived in Paris the 16th of december.
Vincent was there, it was very good to see him again... I went in Reims (his place) and he make me visit his area, Champagne, so even the cold it was OK.
After that I saw my mates in Paris and then came back in Nice.
Beps ( my ex) picked me up at the airport and my friend Lucie helped me to hide myself 'til the 24th, I stayed in her place.
So yesterday eve, I arrived at 9pm while my family was having a christmas eve diner...
I rung my little sister to wish them a Merry Christmas from the front door and while she was asking me how was it was to celebrate christmas during the summer, under the palm trees, I asked her to open the door 'cause it was bloody cold there. I asked her to wish a Merry Christmas to the whole family, and they all screamed a Merry Christmas back to me
She said yes but didn't realised what I was saying. So I rung the door bell and when my father opened the door, she was still speaking to me.
It was very emotional. Nobody (exepted my father and mother) was expecting me, so my cousine in law and my little sister felt in tears(?) as well as me.
After that it was a traditional christmas, as I have never been away for so long...
So what about you???????????
Where you celebrate it.
How was it?
What the weather was?
Let me know about each of you, please.
Have fun and take care.
Carpe Diem.
And see you in Europe or when I will be back in Australia...
Lots of love.
Vaness
